Meet Our Team

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in construction science and started working for a custom homebuilder. It was there that I learned the management skills needed to run a job, rather than swing the hammer. In 2009, my wife and I started Cross Custom Homes in the San Antonio area, but moved back to Weatherford in 2013 to be closer to family. Since then we have focused on building the best houses possible, in the best way possible. Since we started we have recruited an all-star team of people that make Cross Custom Homes an exceptional homebuilder. God has truly blessed us with great customers, and a great place to build houses here in North Texas, and we couldn’t be happier!

Fernando has been in the residential building industry for over 20 years. He enjoys the moment when he gets to “hand over” the keys to the new homeowners.

He always reflects on how he can bring joy to each client and make the custom home building process as smooth as possible. In his spare time, he enjoys barbequing, spending time with family and his daughter.

Since October 2017, Teresa has been a part of the Cross Custom Homes team. With a desire to serve in the area of accounting, she has truly enjoyed working with the subcontractors, vendors, and customers. It is a satisfying experience to grow as a team member and she feels very blessed to be a part of such a great company.

I’ve been in the custom home building and remodeling business for over 25 years. I have a passion for quality built homes and I strive for excellence. Managing the construction of custom built homes in Texas is a dream come true. My hobbies are martial arts, restoring vintage vehicles and being outdoors. I have a beautiful wife Jennifer and four amazing children. John, James, Kate, and Aaron.

Brian has enjoyed working in the residential construction industry for the last 21 years. His ability to see the customers vision and construct their forever home to completion is what drives him to continually strive for perfection when building homes. When not building homes, Brian likes to hunt and spend time with his family.

Growing up in Dallas, I started working as a ranch hand at our family ranch and took a sense of pride in completing projects from the ground up.

Working in the residential custom home industry has afforded me the opportunity to work closely with customers throughout the construction process and take pride in creating relationships that last a lifetime.

I am a graduate from Texas State University. In my free time, I like being in the outdoors and spending time with my family.

I have always enjoyed helping others and working within the real estate industry has allowed me to be an integral part of the home buying process. I have a great passion to assist clients and co-workers and enjoy the opportunity to build positive relationships with everyone I meet.

Frances Withaeger received her Interior Design degree in 1993 and has
over 25 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior
Design and Remodeling. Her passion for New Construction, Model Home
Merchandising, and Multi-Family design started at the age of 10 with her
love for Art and Architecture. Frances believes that a well designed home should be functional, livable, unique and timeless while projecting the clients style and
taste.
